Exposed wood beams add character to the heart of the home while allowing a truly open concept floor plan to greet you upon entering.

Kitchen layouts are spacious and open. Some of the older farmhouses have a more traditional layout instead of an open floor plan. On the exterior these house plans feature gable roof dormers steep roof pitches and metal roofs. The familiar board and batten effect is created by placing vertical boards with overlaying narrow strips called battens.
